Job Summary
Associate Product Manager for Digital Markets leading FX options derivatives initiatives. Collaborate with eSales and clients to gather feedback, drive iterative solution development, align trading/sales/client strategy, contribute to strategic roadmaps, support product delivery and launches, conduct market research, and work with cross-functional partners (Structuring, Sales, UX, Marketing, Legal, Technology) to deliver business results. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, project coordination, prioritizing tasks with stakeholders, and supporting campaigns with Product Marketing. Desired skills include client-focused design, agile practices, Tableau proficiency, and interest in FX options; coding in Python/SQL is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience or strong interest in Product Management within Financial Services.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Deep understanding and familiarity with Tableau.
- Aptitude for translating business needs into technical requirements and willingness to learn new domains.
- Understanding or experience working within an agile framework (scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement).
- Awareness of client-centric design practices.
- Experience or strong interest in working in a front office environment.
- Ability to influence teams to prioritize key deliverables for the business.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
