Job Summary
Product Manager, Vice President for Digital Markets CRM leading sprint planning, cross-functional collaboration, and migration/integration of legacy systems. Owns the product backlog, drives delivery of CRM workflows and client-engagement improvements, ensures alignment with overall product strategy, and maintains data quality and governance. Focus on user retention, adoption, and KPIs; requires deep Finance/domain knowledge, Agile/Jira proficiency, and strong communication to coordinate tech, research, sales, compliance, and data teams. Emphasizes strategic product leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering scalable CRM solutions with a customer-centric, results-driven approach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management
- In-depth understanding of the Markets business
- Experience in Finance is a must
- Strong technical abilities
- Experience in Agile and Jira
- Proven ability to manage complex products

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
