Job Summary
Digital Marketing Web Specialist responsible for designing and building web pages and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, maintaining WordPress templates with Divi, translating Figma mockups into responsive pages, and ensuring brand-aligned content. Oversees HubSpot CMS modules, SEO/GEO strategies, accessibility, and performance; integrates HubSpot with WordPress for lead-gen workflows; manages day-to-day site operations; collaborates with demand generation, content, and design teams; and contributes to UX through wireframes and prototypes, while prioritizing fast delivery and high-quality, on-brand experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in web design, digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2–4+ years of experience in web design, front-end development, or web authoring.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and editing web pages.
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and the Divi page builder — creating and editing pages, templates, and modules.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS: landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email templates.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and GEO strategies for AI-driven search visibility.
