Job Summary
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the 11-month Postgraduate Program in Digital Marketing, managing the student lifecycle from onboarding through graduation while monitoring CSAT and NPS metrics. Train students across performance modules including WordPress, SEO, and digital analytics, and conduct workshops on employability skills like resume building and interview preparation. Resolve student and trainer escalations promptly using ticketing software, delegate daily tasks to a team of 10+ professionals, and mentor staff to foster accountability. Plan key program events such as orientation, project presentations, and convocation, inviting industry experts for guest sessions and masterclasses. Collaborate with academic, placement, admissions, and tech teams to streamline workflows, track retention trends, and optimize results within budget constraints.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of professional experience in a student-facing role
- Experience within education or ed-tech
