Job Summary
Answer customer questions via phone, chat, and email with a solution-focused attitude, solving problems and creating positive experiences for every interaction. Log and update all customer interactions in relevant systems while strictly following brand guidelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with the team to continuously improve service delivery. This role requires fluent German and B2+ English, shift availability, and a clean criminal record. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, candidates must relocate from a European Union country. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German
