Digital Marketing Supervisor

Job Summary
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales. Manage paid media budgets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies while tracking KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, collaborate with the E-Commerce and Creative teams, and support SEO, email, SMS, and WhatsApp initiatives. Monitor competitors, implement A/B testing, and ensure accurate tracking via GA4 and Meta Pixel. Requires 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance optimization and measurable business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 5–8 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
- at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, attribution, and digital measurement
- Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the digital marketing funnel, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and performance marketing principles
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, channels, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business results, growth, and return on marketing investment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, CRM, WhatsApp/SMS marketing, and marketing automation
- Experience working with e-commerce businesses, retail brands, or consumer-focused businesses
