Job Summary
Administrative & Marketing Coordinator role combining bookkeeping in Xero, admin support, marketing content creation, and process improvement. Responsibilities include processing invoices and reconciliations, maintaining digital records, planning and coordinating monthly promotional campaigns, social media content creation, customer outreach to improve engagement, monitoring campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and AI tools. The role involves evaluating CRM solutions to complement the Ultratune POS system, and supporting setup and management of customer databases and communications. Strong organizational, communication, and independently driven work ethic are essential, with experience in bookkeeping, marketing campaigns, CRM implementation, and AI/automation tools preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Xero bookkeeping and financial administration
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience creating social media content and coordinating marketing campaigns
- Comfortable learning and implementing new software, AI tools, and automation platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
