Job Summary

Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns while managing automation initiatives through HubSpot and refining member audience segments using CRM data. Maintain website content, support digital banking communications like in-app messaging and alerts, and assist in creating creative assets and collateral. Coordinate community engagement events, including branch activations and financial workshops, by handling invitations, promotional materials, and post-event communications. Monitor campaign performance across analytics and digital banking metrics to prepare reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with brand standards and applicable regulations in all communications. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to support organizational initiatives.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • One or more years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, related marketing functions
  • Equivalent combinations of education, internships, certifications, and professional experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, or email marketing software
  • Basic graphic design experience or familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting or coordinating community events, sponsorships, or outreach initiatives
  • Experience within financial services, credit unions, or a regulated industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel
