Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Acute Care & Monitoring product portfolios. Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance against KPIs to provide recommendations for optimization and improve digital engagement. Manage website content updates through Adobe Experience Manager, support product launches and educational initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Sales to deliver effective customer journeys. This role focuses on execution excellence and data-driven insights within the global healthcare technology sector, supporting longer-term digital plans developed by the broader marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or demand generation roles
- Experience executing digital campaigns across multiple marketing channels
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Understanding of digital marketing principles including email marketing, lead nurturing, customer journeys, digital analytics, and campaign reporting
- Strong project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within Healthcare, MedTech, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or B2B marketing environments
- Experience using Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other website content management systems
