Job Summary
Digital Marketing Specialist at Magnolia responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting digital marketing efforts across paid and organic channels, including PPC and SEO. Hands-on management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), collaboration with an SEO agency to improve non-brand rankings, trafficking and QA of campaigns, keyword research and competitive analysis, and ongoing optimization to improve ROAS and conversions. Supports marketing calendar, budget planning, and revenue forecasting; works with creative/ecommerce teams; develops testing roadmaps for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies; contributes to product launches and evergreen marketing initiatives and ensures SEO best practices across content and product pages. Requires/values experience with Google/Microsoft Ads, Analytics tools, and SEO/PPC in retail or e-commerce contexts; bachelor’s degree preferred and 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- 2-4 years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Search Console, and Digital Display Networks (Criteo, AdRoll); experience analyzing campaigns with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Salesforce, experience with Channel Advisor, GoDataFed, SEMrush, MOZ, SpyFu, and Similarweb preferred
- Proven experience executing SEO strategies and managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with external agencies
