Job Summary
Growth Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms (StackAdapt), develop and optimize lead-generation programs, monitor performance and translate data into actionable insights, drive GEO initiatives, stay ahead of digital marketing trends, and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital touchpoints; requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, 5–7 years in digital marketing, hands-on platform experience, strong analytics, SEO/GEO expertise, excellent PM and collaboration skills, and bilingual (French/English) capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt)
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar BI/analytics platforms)
- Advanced understanding of SEO and GEO principles including AI-powered discovery platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and French
