Job Summary

Lead digital marketing initiatives to grow 3rd party e-commerce sales in the Middle East. Develop and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns across e-commerce customers, including paid media, SEO, social, on-site, and CRM. Define targeting approaches and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as ACoS and ROAS. Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure accurate catalogs and product listings, perform in-depth keyword research, and continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids and adding negative keywords. Track KPIs like traffic, CAC, ROI, CTR, CVR, and provide regular performance reports. Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend by product category, and coordinate with sales/marketing teams to align campaigns with pricing and promotions. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in marketing or business and 4–6 years of digital marketing experience, with 2–4 years in B2B or e-commerce; experience with Amazon and other B2B marketplaces is a plus.
