Job Summary
Digital Marketing Specialist role responsible for creating and scheduling daily devotional/inspirational content across digital platforms, managing marketing campaigns for services/events/initiatives, overseeing the YouTube channel (titles, descriptions, playlists, analytics), and developing/ scheduling content for the CP+ App. The position also includes maintaining the church website with event information, collaborating to ensure a cohesive brand voice across platforms, and staying current with digital marketing trends. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Digital Media and 1–3 years of digital marketing or social media experience within church, non-profit, or community-focused settings. Proficiency with CMS, app platforms, scheduling tools, analytics, and strong written communication is expected; travel may be involved up to a 10% pace while primarily office-based.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Familiarity with content management systems, app platforms, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong written communication skills; ability to craft on-brand content for multiple channels
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative team player with initiative and willingness to learn and integrate AI tools
