Job Summary
Draft, build, test, and deploy email campaigns using ESPs like Virtuous or HubSpot, ensuring templates, design, copy, links, and UTMs function properly across devices. Maintain email lists, segments, and automations while tracking performance metrics to provide regular reports. Develop content calendars and schedule posts across social channels, monitoring comments and DMs to respond to supporters and elevate prayer requests. Coordinate with product and creative teams to align app messaging for push notifications and in-app banners, preparing assets for deployment. Conduct A/B testing for subject lines and creative, optimizing workflows and ensuring content follows accessibility best practices. Manage tasks in Asana and handle supporter data with strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, social media publishing, or digital campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with at least one major ESP (e.g., Virtuous, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Strong HTML/CSS skills for editing email templates
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Experience creating and managing UTM codes for campaign tracking
- Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines
- Collaborative, mission-driven, and eager to grow in digital ministry work
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer; visual acuity and manual dexterity sufficient to work with detailed information on a computer screen
- Ability to concentrate and manage multiple projects under pressure
- Ability to participate in video conferences and virtual meetings
