Job Summary
Digital Marketing Specialist at CodeLink owning the full digital marketing execution loop from campaign planning and delivery to HubSpot operations, email workflows, SEO/SEM growth, and performance reporting. Serve as the single accountable owner across campaign execution, digital growth, and marketing operations. Lead-gen campaign execution across target audience segments, generate and track MQLs with Sales, manage email campaigns in HubSpot, and ensure quarterly campaigns per audience segment. Develop and enhance organic search baseline, track keyword rankings, support SEM/GEO efforts, and compile regular marketing performance reports. Maintain HubSpot workflows and automation, route marketing requests, and deliver on sprint commitments. Requires 3+ years in digital marketing, hands-on marketing automation/CRM, campaign management experience, SEO/SEM/GEO knowledge, data analysis capabilities, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, preferably in B2B tech, software services
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign management tools
- Experience developing targeted campaigns for different customer segments
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM/GEO principles and digital marketing best practices
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Fluent English communication skills

- Familiarity with AI-driven search trends and emerging digital marketing practices
- Knowledge of paid search and digital advertising platforms
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools to plan and track marketing initiatives
