Job Summary
Digital Marketing Specialist who will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social platforms) to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. Responsible for SEO/SEM, email marketing, content creation, analytics, and collaboration with design, sales, and content teams. Requires strong data analysis, copywriting, and project management skills, with experience in CRM/marketing automation and familiarity with SaaS/B2B/e-commerce marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce marketing environments
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
