Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
Manage the annual, monthly, and weekly digital marketing calendar for Email, SMS, Paid Search, SEO/AEO, and Affiliate Marketing initiatives. Coordinate integrated campaign execution, develop briefs and testing plans, and oversee creative approvals, deployment, and post-campaign analysis. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for external agency partners, tracking budgets, invoices, and performance across all channels. Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign-level reports analyzing revenue, conversion rates, ROAS, and traffic to provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Maintain subscriber database health and collaborate with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, and Loyalty teams to deliver consistent customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Experience managing enterprise email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Paid Search (SEM), SEO, AEO, and Affiliate Marketing best practices
- Experience coordinating external agency relationships and cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, or similar reporting platforms
- This is a hybrid opportunity (4 days in office)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns within an ecommerce environment is considered an asset
- Beauty industry or retail experience is considered an asset
