Job Summary
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram for job ads and lead generation. Build and send mass email campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance. Research digital marketing trends and suggest fresh ideas. Requires 1–3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, plus practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram Ads. Competitive salary + performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing
- Practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram Ads
- Solid experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
- Excellent written English for posts, ads, and email campaigns
- Strong organizational skills with ability to run multiple campaigns at once
- Creative and analytical mindset (test, measure, improve)
