Job Summary
Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok as well as paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Duties include keyword research and on-page SEO improvements, writing ad copy and landing page content, coordinating with creatives for messaging, supporting A/B testing of landing pages, implementing tracking pixels, UTMs and conversion events with dashboards for reporting, assisting in cold email outreach, building automated nurturing sequences in the CRM, managing lead data and segmentation, coordinating with Martech for integrations, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and deliverables. Advanced English required; LATAM remote role with reporting to US.
