Job Summary
Support digital marketing strategies for Bay Audiology and Dilworth Hearing by managing website updates, paid media, SEO, and social media channels. Partner with corporate teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to optimize performance, build relationships, and resolve digital issues. Monitor social media outside standard hours, create organic content plans, and maintain brand compliance. Prepare performance dashboards, analyze data using GA4 and Power BI, and present insights to drive optimization. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in marketing with an interest or background in digital marketing
- Degree Qualification in Marketing or Business
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in social media account management
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Knowledge of owned and paid digital marketing channels e.g. SEO, SEM, Social, Website, Display, Programmatic and OLV
- Experience with digital segmentation, targeting, testing and optimisation tools
- Familiar with analytics tools, tracking and attribution, reporting tools, e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI
