Job Summary
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns promoting mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and accessories across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. Create engaging photo and video content, including reels and promotional materials, while maintaining a consistent content calendar and brand image. Generate leads and drive online sales by running paid advertising campaigns, monitoring competitor activities, and responding promptly to customer enquiries. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports tracking engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend. Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to convert digital leads into customers and support influencer marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media management or a related role
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp Business
- Experience with Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms
- Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Good understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing metrics
- Creative, proactive and commercially aware
- Strong understanding of online customer acquisition and lead generation
- Ability to create engaging photo and video content using a smartphone or other basic equipment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail, gadgets, electronics, telecommunications or consumer technology is highly preferred
- Candidates residing in Lekki, Orchid or surrounding areas will be preferred
