Job Summary
Digital Marketing Performance Manager responsible for supporting property-level demand generation, campaign execution, website content, email marketing, light social media execution, short-form video support, reporting, and day-to-day digital optimization across a multifamily portfolio. Core duties include implementing daily updates for digital campaigns, making approved changes to campaigns and assets based on performance data, coordinating with agencies, acting as digital contact for watch-list properties, creating on-page content and short-form video concepts, managing social profiles and email campaigns, updating websites and landing pages, delivering demand-metric reporting, and supporting PR/local visibility efforts. Requires strong writing, comfort with AI tools for copy and video planning, attention to detail with tracking and compliance, and the ability to work across Marketing, Sales, Operations, agencies, vendors, and internal partners.

- Strong writing skills across email, web, ads, social media, landing pages, and video scripts
- Comfortable using AI tools and structured prompts
- Attention to detail around campaign setup, links, UTM tracking, brand standards, and compliance
- Ability to move quickly, manage multiple requests, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical curiosity with the ability to review performance data and identify trends
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of PR, local publicity, community storytelling, and translating moments into digital marketing content
