Job Summary
Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager responsible for leading ecommerce marketing operations, driving process optimization, and delivering data-driven campaigns. Oversees website optimization, content updates, and merchandising for SMB and B2B initiatives; develops and tracks a 52-week marketing calendar, campaign tracking systems, and KPI dashboards. Collaborates with Product, Category Management, Marketing, and Engineering to launch site features, manage product launches, and optimize the customer journey. Requires strong analytical capabilities, experience with CRM/marketing automation and analytics tools, and ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing operations
- Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with marketing platforms and ecommerce platforms (e.g., SAP Hybris)
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across IT, Marketing, Data Insights, and Sales
