Job Summary
Lead and execute annual and monthly digital marketing campaigns to drive donations, generate leads, and manage Trailwalker team registrations. Coordinate with media agencies, Google Ads specialists, and internal teams to plan creative messaging, optimize content calendars, and manage ad operations across SMS, web, and display channels. Measure, report on key performance indicators weekly and monthly, and suggest optimizations to improve brand awareness and conversion rates. Collaborate with the Programs, Regional, and Individual Fundraising teams to jointly plan online fundraising and lead generation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation
- Functional Experience of at least 4-5 years in digital/online marketing, online advertising agency, online media network of working on high performance campaigns to drive online leads and conversions
- Ability to produce high quality results under significant time pressure
- Knowhow of digital analytics and media tools like Google ad words, comScore, Google analytics, Nielsen, Hotjar, etc.
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Team Player
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written skills in English
- Eye for design aesthetics
- Sms, web, WhatsApp, mobile, display and video marketing
- Publisher management & Ad operations
- Post click integrations and fraud detection/management
- Excel, Word & MS power point knowledge
- DSPs working knowledge
- Open to learning new tools and communication ideas
- Relocation
- Travel within the region/country extensively and be deployed for extended periods in humanitarian response programmes in the field
