Digital Marketing Officer

Promote brand awareness internally and externally while using sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty. Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales and tours, explaining details and verifying eligibility requirements prior to scheduling. Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule these packages and determine complimentary gifts for patronage. Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing, including filing, emails, and message relay. Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees while serving as a role model for the Open Door Policy. Welcome guests according to company standards, address service needs, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and professional appearance standards.
