Digital Marketing Manager, Web & AI Search

Job Summary
Own the website growth channel and define SEO and AI-search strategy across traditional and AI-powered channels. Lead technical SEO initiatives (schema markup, internal linking, metadata, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals), and develop/execute GEO and AI-search programs to improve discoverability and conversion. Partner with content, product marketing, demand generation, and RevOps; manage external agencies and developers; build scalable processes and reporting to leadership. Shape category leadership through content architecture and a high-quality website experience that communicates Albert's value to technical buyers. Bring 6–10+ years of digital marketing/SEO experience in B2B SaaS or tech, expertise with GA4, GSC, HubSpot, CMS platforms (Webflow/WordPress/headless), and familiarity with AI-search optimization and structured data. Strong leadership, collaboration across time zones, and ability to drive measurable organic growth and cross-functional impact.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years in digital marketing, GEO/SEO, growth marketing, or website strategy in B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Strong expertise in technical GEO/SEO, content GEO/SEO, and website optimization
- Experience owning or significantly influencing company website strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and modern analytics platforms
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or headless CMS environments
- Experience with structured data/schema markup, semantic search, and AI-search optimization (GEO/AEO)
- Proven ability to manage agencies, contractors, and external development resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
