Job Summary
Lead search engine marketing efforts by analyzing campaign data, forecasting budgets, and implementing ad strategies to meet KPIs. Manage and troubleshoot pixel and tracking tags, resolve campaign discrepancies, and optimize experiences for targeted audience segments through testing roadmaps. Collaborate with the Media and Business Analytics teams to direct decision-making using data insights and resolve reporting visualization issues. Serve as the primary escalation point for ad serving errors and broken creative while documenting processes and aggregating learnings. This individual-contributor role supports Toll Brothers' luxury homebuilding goals in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, requiring a deep understanding of the digital media marketplace and proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Comfortable with reading & writing Google Appscript
- A deep knowledge of PPC, tracking techniques, and data analysis
- Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets
- Experience with efficiently managing large marketing budgets
- A proven track record for developing testing strategies that deliver marketing wins
- Good communication skills. Able to effectively communicate concepts to individuals with varying levels of digital marketing knowledge
- Cross-channel marketing experience
- 5+ years of previous related experience
- Hybrid role: minimum 3 days per week in office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and best practices
- Experience in the homebuilding industry
- Enterprise account management experience overseeing budgets greater than $1,000,000
- Experience with Big Query, Python, Machine Learning/AI, and various data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Demonstrated success executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & ad landing page strategies
