Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Lead development and execution of data-driven digital marketing strategies across web, email, and paid media to drive growth and visitation for Sun Valley. Oversee ROI, budget, and monthly performance reporting. Own front-end experience of Aspenware ecommerce and launch products. Collaborate with Resort LOBs and Marketing teams. Directly manage coordinators and specialists. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive marketing experience with experience in performance marketing and reporting
- 2+ years in management role
- Ski Industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in project management and bringing products and campaigns to market
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience collaborating across many levels of an organization
- Deep understanding of leveraging customer data to create audiences across owned and paid channels
- Proven success partnering with leadership to support organizational goals and people strategies
- Creative and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational and process challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Aspenware and RTP preferred
- Knowledge of ski industry practices and standards preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching
- Can safely lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
