Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager for Apparel leading account-level strategy and execution of digital campaigns to launch products, drive traffic to retailer websites/stores, and acquire new customers. Manages relationships with major retail accounts and retail media networks, optimizes ad campaigns across formats (search, display, CTV, social/influencer), collaborates with retailer marketing teams for email/onsite marketing, maintains deadlines and ad-operations tasks, tracks performance and spend, creates reporting templates, tests new ad formats, and supports in-store POS graphics; requires 3-4 years of experience, budget management, and strong analytical/creative skills. Hybrid work schedule in Farmers Branch, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or analyst at a national brand, retailer, or digital ad agency
- Experience managing budgets
- Knowledge of various retail media network strategies and tactics
- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising strategies & tactics (1P vendor experience preferred)
- Clear and strong verbal, written, presentation skills
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience with data measurement, analytics, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Communications
