Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead and scale the company’s marketing strategy across paid, organic, outbound, and brand channels. Own the full marketing funnel from demand generation and lead nurturing to brand positioning and performance optimization, ensuring growth, high-quality lead flow, and strong brand visibility. Role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution; requires analytical, creative, and execution-focused mindset, capable of driving pipeline and revenue impact. Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive B2B strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns (paid media, SEO, outbound, email, social, partnerships, content), leading and mentoring marketing resources, partnering with sales to align objectives, tracking metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, MQLs/SQLs, attribution), building dashboards (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and optimizing campaigns through testing. Ideal candidate is a data-driven, collaborative leader with strong communication and project management skills; preferred experience includes ABM, SaaS or professional services, CRM/automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo, and experience scaling marketing systems in high-growth environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership roles such as Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or Senior Marketing Manager
- Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through paid ads, outbound marketing, SEO, and organic channels
- Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, analytics tools, and outbound systems
- Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns accordingly
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
