Job Summary
Oversee HubSpot setup, optimization, and maintenance for marketing automation, CRM, and content management. Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, paid social, gated content, and nurture sequences. Utilize AI to draft content bases for copywriters while developing robust content strategies aligned with brand messaging. Design lead generation programs and manage segmented lists to enable targeted communication. Set up and monitor email campaigns with A/B testing and personalization, excluding copywriting duties. Track campaign performance, metrics, and revenue results within HubSpot. Conduct research to gather statistics for whitepapers and draft materials using Content Hub. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to integrate marketing and sales efforts while managing multiple project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing
- 1-2 years specialising in HubSpot
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Proficiency in other digital marketing tools
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience with advanced digital marketing techniques and strategies
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
- Experience with retargeting

- Familiarity with other CRM systems

Desired Qualifications
