Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager responsible for designing and executing statewide digital marketing and outreach strategies for the Work for Warriors program, including multimedia content development (videos, graphics, podcasts, social posts), website maintenance with accessibility/compliance, marketing collateral, and data-driven optimization of campaigns. Requires strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), video/audio production, social media analytics, CMS, and ability to translate insights into improvements. Responsibilities also include coordinating with recruiting/program staff to align messaging, producing employment-focused digital tools (e.g., video resumes), and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize reach and conversions. Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience are required; US citizenship with ability to pass a federal background check is also required.
