Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager responsible for owning Nabu Casa's online presence across website, email, SEO, paid, and social channels. Drive end-to-end digital campaigns aligned with product launches and commercial priorities; grow organic search through content strategy and on-site SEO; manage lifecycle email flows for Cloud subscribers; oversee paid spend and ROI across channels; report on performance and prioritize opportunities; build community engagement in Home Assistant spaces and related ecosystems; experiment with growth levers (affiliate, referral, influencer) with documented learnings. This is a fully remote, full-time role with global compensation considerations and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, autonomous ownership, and delivering value to a technically sophisticated audience.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running digital channels—SEO, email, paid social/search, content—with owned performance metrics
- Fluency in analytics; ability to build dashboards and interpret funnel data
- Strong copywriting for digital contexts; ability to write for technically literate audience
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tooling (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- High autonomy; proactive in identifying what to optimize next
