Job Summary
Manage and monitor vehicle inventory flow across company websites and third-party marketplaces like CarGurus and AutoTrader, ensuring pricing, descriptions, and imagery are accurate and compliant with manufacturer standards. Troubleshoot feed issues and syndication errors while collaborating with dealership teams to improve merchandising performance and lead generation. Review listings for FTC guidelines and pricing regulations, then resolve compliance issues and streamline digital workflows to enhance the customer journey. This role supports the Corporate Digital Operations team at Jeff Wyler Automotive Family in Milford, Ohio, driving operational excellence across all digital touchpoints.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Two or more years of experience in digital merchandising, website management, e-commerce operations, automotive retail, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Experience with vehicle inventory management platforms such as vAuto, HomeNet, or similar inventory management systems
- Familiarity with third-party automotive marketplaces including AutoTrader, CarGurus, Cars.com, and other digital retail platforms
- Knowledge of automotive pricing compliance, advertising regulations, FTC guidelines, and digital merchandising best practices is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other business productivity applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to operational excellence
