Job Summary
Manage day-to-day delivery of CRM campaigns and customer journeys across email, SMS, and direct messaging, optimizing targeting and segmentation for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and loyalty. Improve organic search performance by managing SEO, GEO, and AI-powered search strategies to enhance visibility for local and national veterinary services. Own website content updates and coordinate changes to optimize critical customer journeys, including clinic booking and registration, while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. Build clear reporting across website, CRM, and search using GA4, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity to translate data into actionable recommendations. Hybrid role requiring minimum two days per week in Watford; reports to Head of Digital Experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, website management, Search or digital experience
- Strong practical knowledge of CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Experience managing and optimising websites and digital customer journeys
- Good working knowledge of SEO, including technical, content and local SEO
- An active interest in how AI search, GEO and AIO are changing digital discovery
- Experience using website analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Familiarity with platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity
- Experience of working with a CMS
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confidence working with agencies, developers and technical teams
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of how digital activity contributes to customer acquisition, retention and growth
- Curious, proactive and hands-on
- Spot something that could be better and want to fix it
- Hybrid / Watford Support Centre (minimum of 2 days per week in Watford)
