Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager for Marriott International properties focusing on eCommerce and digital activation across Marriott.com and global in-language sites. Leads digital and eDistribution strategy, coordinates with Sales/Marketing Directors, manages online marketing efforts with agencies/vendors, optimizes hotel websites and OTA/Meta Search channels, and collaborates with cluster marketing teams to drive online bookings and brand marketing. Key activities include eCommerce strategy execution, digital acquisition marketing (Paid Search, Group/Corporate marketing), OTAs/Meta Search optimization, content optimization for Marriott.com and hotel sites, and eCommerce training/communication for cluster/hotel teams. Strong collaboration with regional marketing, revenue management, and field marketing, plus regular reporting and performance analysis to grow revenue, market share, and direct online bookings.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital, eCommerce or related professional area; hospitality marketing or agency experience preferred
- OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital, eCommerce or related professional area; hospitality marketing or agency experience preferred.
