Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation Focus) to own and optimize multi-client lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Fully remote role based in Ireland time zones, with UK business hours alignment. Independent contractor role responsible for strategic assessment, proactive improvements, and end-to-end campaign management across home services and B2B clients. Responsibilities include planning, launching, monitoring, and optimising campaigns; creating ad copy and landing page recommendations; coordinating with design/creative teams; applying SEO concepts to landing pages and site structure; ensuring accurate tracking across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related platforms; leveraging AI tools to enhance planning and productivity; and providing clear performance updates and next steps to clients. Must have 5-8+ years of digital marketing experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead-generation campaign management, plus experience with service-based businesses.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Proven experience managing lead-generation campaigns
- Experience working with service-based businesses, ideally home services or B2B companies
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign structure, tracking and attribution, testing and optimization
- Good SEO understanding around landing pages and site structure
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- CRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without heavy supervision
