Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager for HOA Sales and its member companies, owning and executing the digital presence across web, search, and social. Hands-on, builder-oriented role focused on driving brand visibility, qualified inbound demand, and measurable lead generation across the full funnel. Responsibilities include owning the HOA Sales website and member properties, optimizing landing pages for conversion, aligning messaging with each company’s brand, managing web performance and analytics, developing and executing SEO/AEO strategies (including structured data and FAQ schema), conducting keyword topic research, and maintaining a content roadmap. Lead content and social efforts (LinkedIn and partner channels), develop and refine brand guidelines, and build performance dashboards to connect marketing activities to pipeline revenue. Requires 4–7+ years in digital marketing, experience with Webflow/WordPress, strong writing, data-driven decision making, and familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools. Flexible location with remote options; Chicago preferred.
