Job Summary
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, overseeing website optimization, SEO, paid search, social media, and email campaigns. Generate qualified B2B leads through integrated campaigns across Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Industrial markets while managing relationships with external vendors and agencies. Track campaign performance, website analytics, and ROI to improve lead quality and conversion rates in collaboration with Sales and Business Development. Take ownership of the entire digital marketing process from strategy through execution and reporting to drive marketing-generated pipeline and revenue contribution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- BS in Business Admin
- 7–10 years of strong hands-on experience
- Strong B2B marketing background
- Demonstrated ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution
- Experience managing websites and analyzing website traffic and performance
- Hands-on experience with social media and email campaigns
- Experience developing content and integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven lead-generation experience
- Experience with paid advertising, particularly Google Ads
- Strong SEO knowledge, including experience managing outside SEO partners
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to determine what is and isn't working
- Experience managing external vendors/agencies
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
