Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager in Liverpool leading day-to-day digital operations and shaping strategic enhancements in automation, email marketing, and content—supervising a Social Media Executive and driving multi-channel campaigns. Responsibilities include building templates for automated newsletters, collaborating with content/web teams to optimise evergreen content from search insights, creating engaging video/audio assets with internal designers for client acquisition, and monitoring performance via Google Analytics to extract actionable optimisation insights. Ensure GDPR compliance, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines across all outputs. Requires hands-on experience with email/events marketing platforms and CRM systems, proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console, a proven record in multi-channel execution across SEO, email workflows, and social media, plus line management and stakeholder-management capabilities. Ideally holding CIM or IDM qualification (or working toward) and experience in lead generation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with email/events marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Proven track record in executing multi-channel functions across SEO, email workflows, and social media
- Practical line management experience coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
- CIM or IDM qualification (or currently working towards one) and some lead generation experience
