Job Summary
Granum Digital Marketing Manager role leads the performance of granum.com and three brands’ paid media while owning the technical SEO/AEO foundation, CRO, and landing-page infrastructure. You’ll manage the in-house agency relationship, brief and hold agencies to performance targets, ensure the website drives pipeline, optimize conversion paths, and maintain core web vitals and site architecture. You’ll own the technical surface in collaboration with Content Marketing and Marketing Operations, translate pipeline priorities into digital action, and oversee day-to-day agency collaboration, reporting, and performance reviews. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, experimentation and CRO, technical SEO/AEO, and cross-functional collaboration with DGMs, MOPS, Product Marketing, and external partners. Proficiency with analytics, attribution, and AI-enabled marketing tools is expected, along with hands-on experience across WordPress, HubSpot, GA4, and major paid media platforms. Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years in digital marketing in B2B SaaS with hands-on ownership of website performance and CRO
- Experience managing or closely partnering with an external paid media agency
- Comfort with paid media performance data and ability to read channel reports
- Real CRO experience with designing experiments and interpreting results
- Familiarity with technical SEO and emerging AEO/AI-driven discovery (schema, redirects, architecture)
- Strong project management skills including managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly in briefs, performance summaries, and stakeholder updates
- Experience with AI tools in day-to-day work and openness to AI-driven marketing evolution
- Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads; GA4, GTM; Looker Studio; SEMrush; WordPress; HubSpot; A/B testing tools (Hotjar/Optimizely)
- Bonus: Salesforce basics; familiarity with Snowflake-like data layers
