Job Summary
Manage the Marketing Automation System to optimize lead capture, campaign execution, and reporting dashboards. Develop and execute a digital content calendar covering email, social media, and blog posts while overseeing website performance, accessibility, and brand consistency. Deploy data-driven digital solutions to enhance customer acquisition and engagement, utilizing Google Analytics to refine content and improve conversions. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies on landing page development, paid media, and SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. Ensure all marketing content meets regulatory and ADA compliance standards while modeling the bank's customer experience for staff and community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five years of marketing experience
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry
- Experience with maintaining ADA compliance, financial regulations (or equivalent), and accessibility standards for digital content
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Background in website management
- CMS platforms
- UX Principles
- SEO
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4
- Knowledge and experience with paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, social platforms)
- Ability to work independently, in a past paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience with marketing automation or customer journey mapping
- Knowledge and experience utilizing HubSpot in the Marketing Hub, Caht, and SMS
