Job Summary
Digital Marketing Manager responsible for driving revenue, awareness, and engagement across CST's digital channels, primarily website and email. Develops and executes an integrated digital marketing plan to support brand, revenue, conversion, participation, loyalty and channel usage goals; plans and manages CST’s email strategy and calendar; updates chicagoshakes.com; creates a long-range roadmap for website improvements to boost purchase flow and conversions; collaborates with Marketing/Communications, Box Office, Development, and Education; drives online traffic and email list growth; stays current on industry benchmarks and innovations; oversees data integrity of email lists with Tessitura; tracks KPIs and customer insights; leverages CRM integration for audience relationships; participates in theater activities as needed; maintains professional conduct and confidentiality; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years professional experience in digital communication/website development/design
- Proficiency with a website content management system (WordPress a plus)
- Extensive work with an email campaign platform (Active Campaign/Prospect2 a plus) with demonstrated impact on campaign performance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to lead SEO/SEM efforts, site metrics reporting, and action steps; familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 a plus), Search Console, Tag Manager
- Familiarity with CRM system (Tessitura a plus) and project management tools (Asana and Active Collab a plus)
- HTML/CSS proficiency
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop a plus)
