Job Summary
Data-driven digital marketing manager focused on UK acquisition, responsible for planning, setting up and optimizing targeted digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels. Collaborates with local commercial teams and the global acquisition team to generate sales opportunities from digital channels. Uses analytics to determine campaign effectiveness and optimize daily; manages localization and optimization of local webpages, landing pages, translations, and local SEO. Requires 3+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B tech a plus), hands-on experience with SEA (Google/Microsoft) and paid channels (LinkedIn), programmatic advertising (DV360), and strong ROI-driven mindset. English proficiency is essential, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Looker; willingness to travel internationally (~20%+).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience
- B2B digital marketing experience is a plus
- Strong background in SEA (Google, Microsoft) and paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn)
- Knowledge in SEO and programmatic advertising (DV360) a plus
- Proven ability to create, execute, and optimize campaigns for specific audiences with ROI improvement
- High proficiency in English
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Looker (plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally 20%+
