Job Summary
Digital Marketing Communications Manager responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s global digital presence across B2B Energy Solutions, Architectural and General Industrial segments. Leads marketing automation (Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), AEM web pages, landing pages, and Salesforce.com lead generation campaigns; supports social media and paid media; manages translations and multilingual communications; analyzes performance with web analytics and SEO/SEM, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, or business field of study
- 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in Pardot (mandatory)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- marketing automation, or digital marketing communications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement, SF Pardot, SF Marketing Cloud
- Experience in supporting social media platforms including posting, scheduling and reporting
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- A/B testing tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Flexibility in changing business needs; growth mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must speak English)
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with proactive mindset and ownership
