Job Summary
Lead and develop digital marketing activities across multiple channels and international markets while managing and mentoring the team to establish best practices and performance standards. Identify growth opportunities to improve marketing performance, efficiency, and impact by collaborating with content, design, product, sales, and management teams. Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns, driving data-informed decisions through analytics and performance tracking. Explore AI-powered tools, automation solutions, and modern workflows to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to challenge assumptions and continuously improve lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and website performance.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives and driving measurable business results
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and customer journeys
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, content distribution, SEO, website optimization, analytics, and marketing technologies
- Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing workflows and efficiency
- Strong research skills and curiosity about market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and emerging technologies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Continuous learner who actively follows digital marketing trends and industry developments

- Experience in iGaming, technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing international B2B industries
