Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary
Conduct digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, while maintaining and developing content for Facebook and LinkedIn within Hootsuite. Prepare monthly performance reports segmented by product, assist in keyword research using Semrush, and extract insights from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Support tracking infrastructure setup via UTMs, create ad and social media content, and administer Fleet VDO websites. Document processes and updates in Confluence while collaborating within a global team. This paid internship includes comprehensive training on relevant technologies and platforms, with a flexible schedule and mentorship program.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software/tools
Desired Qualifications
- Any Google Ads certification (Search, Display, Video &/or Shopping preferred)
- Any Meta Ads certification (Digital Marketing Associate preferred)
- Content Management System experience (WordPress, Drupal, Umbraco...)
- NGO/Student project experience with Content writing &/or Digital marketing
- Knowledge of any of the following languages: German, Swedish and/or any Eastern/South-Eastern European language
