Job Summary
Manage day-to-day social media posting and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube while maintaining a consistent editorial calendar aligned with school events. Produce video and photography content using professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, including on-camera interviews and short-form documentary-style storytelling, then edit for multiple platforms and formats. Design graphics for social posts, newsletters, and organizational materials, and oversee paid social campaigns on Meta platforms by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategy. Deliver monthly analytics reports with key metrics and recommendations. This part-time role requires occasional evening or weekend availability for on-site events and travel to school sites.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience managing social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, including paid social campaigns and performance tracking
- Graphic design proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for social, print, and organizational needs
- Experience building and managing content calendars
- The ability to track analytics across platforms and translate the data into clear monthly reporting
- A self-directed work style. You're comfortable managing your own workflow and don't need a lot of hand-holding to stay on track
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- A portfolio showing range across video (especially storytelling or interview-driven work), graphics, and social content
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance covered by ICEF
- Background check clearance covered by ICEF
- Mandated Reporter Training reimbursed by ICEF
- Must be fully comfortable operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, external microphones, and standard production equipment for both video and photography
- Must be able to conduct or facilitate on-camera interviews with students, staff, families, and community members
- Must be able to edit video for multiple formats and destinations, including Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, the ICEF website, and monthly newsletters
- Must be able to create graphics for social media posts, stories, event promotions, newsletters, and internal communications
- Must be able to maintain visual consistency with ICEF's brand standards
- Must be able to develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar that reflects school events, initiatives, and key moments across all seven campuses
- Must be able to manage paid social campaigns and boosted posts across Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
- Must be able to work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to set campaign objectives, target audiences, and budgets
- Must be able to Own day-to-day posting and community management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Must be able to Maintain a consistent posting cadence across all four platforms, with content tailored to each channel's audience and format
- Must be able to Cross-post and reshare content between platforms as appropriate (e.g., Instagram to Facebook)
- Must be able to Capture and produce a range of video and photo content, from short-form social clips to longer, narrative-driven pieces
- Must be able to Shoot photography for use across social media, the ICEF website, newsletters, and other organizational needs
- Must be able to Produce video content for non-social purposes as needed, including presentations, special events, and one-off organizational needs
- Must be able to Ensure all video and photo content is polished, on-brand, and appropriately formatted for its intended use
- Must be able to Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned with our three pillars: Academics, Arts, and Athletics
- Must be able to Track performance insights across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Must be able to Deliver a monthly analytics report with key metrics, trends, and recommendations
- Must be able to work closely with ICEF's Director of Marketing and Communications to execute a consistent content strategy across our social media channels, website, monthly newsletters, and other digital touchpoints

- Must be able to Include paid social metrics in monthly reporting
