Job Summary
Lead the overall digital marketing operations of Mandarin Oriental, Sanya, including strategy formulation, channel operation, brand promotion, online campaign management, data analysis and reputation optimization. Responsible for driving direct online revenue, enhancing brand digital influence, improving guest conversion and user engagement, and delivering sustainable marketing growth in line with hotel business and revenue objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining relations with E-commerce representatives, securing regular exposure on social media, planning promotional and communications strategies via internet, social media and email, keeping product information current across channels, and creating write-ups highlighting services and promotions. Requires industry passion, a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in English, and strong communication, creativity, and innovation.
