Job Summary
Develop and execute a UK/Thailand-focused digital marketing strategy to grow supporter bases and increase donor income. Create and maintain a social media calendar, produce all social media content, and explore paid advertising across emerging channels. Manage the ongoing maintenance of the charity website and print assets, while writing and editing dog bios to support the Adoption Team. Ensure all web content is search-engine optimized and aligned with brand tone. Generate monthly digital marketing reports detailing growth across core channels and provide detailed KPI summaries on success and areas for improvement. Contribute to strategy meetings to support the charity's revenue and reach goals. This role requires 6 days per week onsite work (2/3 days minimum for remote candidates) with 8am–5pm hours.
Required Qualifications
- Education to Bachelor's degree or higher
- A valid driving license
- Experience in the creation and delivery of excellent digital marketing plans
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Good communication skills, including English
- Hard working, self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Passionate about animal welfare
- Competent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva (or equivalent)
- Must spend at least 2/3 days per week onsite working directly with the team
- Must work well with a diverse staff
